Where are you located?
I am located in central Godalming and offer in home treatments in the surrounding area (within a 10 mile radius). Health coaching sessions are usually carried out online but can be carried out in person if preferred.
Is there parking?
Parking is available in Croft Road car park. Payable from 8am-6:30pm Mon-Sat. Parking on Sunday and daily after 6.30pm is free.
How can I book an appointment?
Booking for treatments can be made via the booking page on the website or DM on Facebook or Instagram

How should I prepare for a massage session?
Drink plenty of water on the day of your massage and avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours prior to your appointment.
What should I wear?
For massage, anything you feel comfortable laying down in. I ask all clients to keep their underwear on. For ladies, if you are wearing a bra, it is always useful if it is a back closure one to allow for full access when massaging the back.
For yoga, again, anything you feel comfortable in. Preferably loose clothing to allow for full range of movement. I advise wearing layers so you can add or remove as you feel appropriate.
What if I need to cancel?
✓If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do it online as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
✓If it’s less than 24 hours, your deposit will be lost as I require this minimum notice period.
✓If you are late, your session will be shortened accordingly (for example, if you booked a 60-minute massage and arrive 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened to 45 minutes)
✓Some places cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late, but I try to be as fair as possible while ensuring other clients are not affected.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes! What better than to offer someone the gift of connecting with themselves and taking time out of their busy life. Get in touch to discuss the gift voucher amount.
I am pregnant. Can I have a massage?
Unfortunately, I do not currently offer massage treatments for pregnant women.
What about after my appointment?
Taking care of yourself after a massage or yoga session is crucial. You will receive advice straight after your treatment. Please refrain from exercise, heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol immediately afterward. Be sure to hydrate by drinking plenty of water to help your body eliminate toxins.
