
Welcome to Mind Body Co, dedicated to providing a holistic approach to wellness through yoga, massage, and health coaching services.
After spending over 20 years in the corporate world working in sales, I know how easy it is to put self-care on the back burner. My own journey led to burnout and exhaustion and forced me to explore more mindful, body-centred practices. Now I'm passionate about sharing those tools with others.

With a background in Sport and Exercise Science (BSc), a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, a 50-hour Yin Yoga certification, a qualification as a Nutrition Health Coach and a Level 3 Diploma in Swedish Massage, I combine science and soul to support people in feeling more at ease in their bodies and minds.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and tailored to each individual. Whether it’s through calming massage, gentle movement, or creating space for deep rest, my aim is to help clients slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with themselves—often without needing to leave the house.
