Cancellation Policy
✔ If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do it online as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. ✔ If it’s less than 24 hours, your deposit will be lost as I require this minimum notice period. ✔ If you are late, your session will be shortened accordingly (for example, if you booked a 60-minute massage and arrive 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened to 45 minutes) ✔ Some places cancel your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late, but I try to be as fair as possible while ensuring other clients are not affected.
